While the idea of swaying to electronic beats with a can of Red Stripe as the sun rises over may sound like the perfect summer’s day, let us remind you of one thing - portaloos.
Look, we love nothing more than donning our best sequinned jumpsuits, but sometimes you need a weekend to indulge in some ‘me time’; whether that involves partaking in a Vinyasa yoga class in the middle of the forest, or chilling out on a paddle board - upside down.
And seeing as us Brits still can't get enough of wellness retreats, hotels and restaurants this year, we’ve rounded up this summer’s best mindfulness and fitness festivals that provide all the energy and thrill of music festival, without the pounding hangover.
