Minutes after sharing the first images of the royal baby, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry gave their first joint interview to the press.
Markle, who looked fresh and glowing two days after giving birth to her as yet unnamed son, told reporters: 'I have the two best guys in the world.'
The 37 year-old new mother described her tiny son as having the 'sweetest temperament' and being 'really calm.'
'He's just been the dream.' The former actress laughed: 'So, it's been a special couple days.'
When asked who the baby takes after, Meghan said: 'We're still trying to figure that out.'
Prince Harry, 34, then chipped in adding: 'Everyone says that babies change so much over two weeks, we're basically monitoring how the changing process happens over this next month really. But his looks are changing every single day, so who knows.'
The new father added: 'It's great. Parenting is amazing. It's only been two and a half days, three days, but we're just so thrilled to have our own little bundle of joy.'
Markle wore a white double-breasted tuxedo style dress and nude pointed heels.
She is believed to have given birth to the royal baby at 5.26am on Monday morning, with the couple announcing the gender on Instagram later in the day.
The Prince then gave an emotional first interview hours later. Grinning from ear-to-ear, the 34 year-old told reporters: 'I'm very excited to announce that Meghan and myself had a baby boy, earlier this morning, a very healthy boy. Mother and baby are doing incredibly well.
'It's been the most amazing experience I could have ever have possibly imagined. How any woman does what they do is beyond comprehension.
'We're both absolutely thrilled and so grateful for all the love and support from everybody out there. It's been amazing.'
