While you were munching your third Easter egg yesterday (hey, us too), Kate Middleton was busy releasing new photos of her son Prince Louis. The youngest member of the Cambridge family turned one and to celebrate, Kensington Palace shared three new photos of Louis.
The best bit? The Duchess of Cambridge shot the photos herself. And look, he's adorable in every. Single. Snap.
In two of the photos, Louis is wearing a burgundy jumper with a collared shirt peeking out beneath, while in a third he sports a sweet blue jumper with a dog on the front.
'The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to share three new photographs of Prince Louis ahead of his first birthday tomorrow. The photographs were taken earlier this month by The Duchess at their home in Norfolk,' Kensington Palace captioned the photos.
We've not had much info about Louis since his birth. The Duchess of Cambridge recently told well-wishers that Louis 'is a fast crawler,' during an event in January. In March, she told a parent that Louis is 'bombing around' on a walker.
'He just wants to pull himself up all the time,' she said. 'He’s got these little walkers and is bombing around on them.'
The birthday photos of Louis come just as his aunt Meghan Markle is due with her and Prince Harry's first child any day now. And, excitingly, Doria Ragland (Meghan's mum) arrived in the U.K. yesterday. No surer sign that a baby's birth is imminent than the arrival of the extended family, right?
