The music video that Selena Gomez got to wear $480 silk pajamas in, 'I Can't Get Enough,' just came out this afternoon. Gomez with Benny Blanco, Tainy, and J. Balvin at the end of February. But the music video that goes along with the English and Spanish act adds extra dimension to the track and its lustful lyrics.
'I Can't Get Enough' explores the feelings you have when you really, really want someone. (Gomez herself has talked in the past about how all-consumed she can be with someone when she's dating them, so she can relate to the song on a lyrical level.
'I'm the kind of girl that loves tremendously big,' she said . 'I just have always been that girl. I will give my heart and my soul to the person that I love. It's just how I operate. With that comes a lot, ya know? Clearly you understand.'
The new music video is really a fancy, innocent slumber party featuring Benny Blanco in a white bear costume, and Gomez in millennial pink pyjamas by Olivia von Halle. (You can still get them .)
Tainy and J. Balvin are there too, just dressed in their own PJs. As Gomez revealed on Instagram, the group shot the music video in just one take. 'Can’t believe we pulled it off in one take—even if I did fall once or twice trying,' she wrote in her Instagram post announcing its release.
In the video, there's dancing; there's laughing; there's not much of a plot happening, but everything is pretty cute and lighthearted.
Lyrics like 'Crazy / I like that, you like that / So let's be crazy (Crazy, crazy) / The contact, impact / I want that daily / Our breath getting deeper, deeper, lately (Lately)' take on a new life in the video version of the track, where of course, Gomez is a real scene-stealer bouncing and dancing on a literal giant bed.
