There are a lot of rules and regulations that come with being a member of the royal family, but it seems that 'lose your sense of humour' isn't one of them. Because, while on an official overseas visit to Morocco this weekend, Prince Harry made a top joke about wife Meghan Markle's baby not being his.
Just imagine Queen Elizabeth's face.
As captured in shown above, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were visiting a secondary school in the town of Asni, Morocco. While they were sitting around a table with some of the school's teachers, the Duke and Duchess were congratulated on their upcoming parenthood.
"I wish to say congratulations for your pregnancy," said one of the school staff-members.
"Wait, you're pregnant?" said Harry, turning to Meghan.
"Surprise!" the seven-months-gone Duchess replied.
Oh, you guys.
But then, escalating the bants even further, Harry added: "Is it mine?" while Meghan fell about laughing.
Uf this were to be true it would be possibly the most juicy scandal ever to have happened in the history of the royal family, but somehow - judging mainly from how - we just don't think that's the case.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex announced their baby news back in October, at the start of their royal tour to Australia, Fiji, Tonga and New Zealand. The announcement came after the decision was made that Meghan probably couldn't hide her growing bump with oversized coats in 30-degree heat, and the world was overjoyed at the prospect of another royal baby.
While the couple's exact due date has not been released publicly, the royal mum-to-be did let slip last month that she's expecting her baby in April, making her seven months pregnant.
Meghan celebrated her pregnancy with a baby shower in New York last week. The Duchess took a private jet to Manhattan, where she was reunited with close friends Serena Williams, Amal Clooney, Abigail Spencer and others ahead of her impending motherhood. Only two months left to go!
