Keira Knightley's three year-old daughter, Edie, is gaining quite the reputation for swearing. Oddly enough, it looks like her actress mother is actually quite proud of her, and you know what? We are too.
Back in 2016, the Colette star explained on that, the morning Britain woke up to Donald Trump’s Presidency, her infant daughter cursed for the first time.
On that fateful day, the 33-year-old actress brought then 19-month-old Edie into her and husband James Righton’s bed:
‘She’s like this watching the television, completely silently and totally still for about four minutes and she rolls over onto her back and she closes her eyes and she goes, ‘F—!’’
Seemingly saying what the London couple were thinking, Knightley noted: ‘I’m very proud.’
Now the star, who recently told LouisvuittonShop US that Hollywood is from the industry, ‘because [of] the way the industry is set up,’ has revealed that Edie has been at it again.
In an interview with the Atonement star explained Edie dropped the F-bomb once more, this time in the car.
The mother-of-one said: ‘It was one of those country roads where it’s a blind corner, and suddenly there’s another car coming...The brakes got put on and there wasn’t a crash, but there was a silence just afterwards and this little voice went, "Daddy, is ?"'
'It was very polite,' continues the Brit, 'Other than that, she has never said any — there’s not been any swear words. So it’s just twice, and both times perfectly.'
Oh Edie, we're so proud of you.
