Priyanka Chopra isn’t one to shy away from a bold eye. Last week she nailed a bright turquoise winged liner and more recently the actress and activist rocked neon pink eyeshadow at 2019's Glorycon. Is there anything she can’t do? We think not.
Whilst both are bold by most beauty standards, we can't see why any reason why you couldn’t wear them to work, or during the weekly Tesco run. Our thoughts? Be more Priyanka. And if the newlywed says neon pink eyeshadow is in, then frankly, we're on board.
Thankfully, the philanthropist’s go-to make-up guru, Pati Dubroff, took to Instagram to answer all of our burning questions about the neon bright look. Dubroff's oh-so-helpful post explains the easy way to recreate the look yourself and all the kit she used on Priyanka herself.

First, Dubroff created the smokey black wing using Chanel’s Stylo Ombre Et Contour, and then blended it out with a fluffy brush to soften.
The secret? Use a matte black eyeshadow to set the wing, this way you'll avoid the usual eyeliner disappearing act by lunchtime.
To add the Day-Glo pink, Dubroff created a layer of textured neon-ness. The base was DM Waterproof Cushion Color in Cotton Candy, with a dusting of the bright pink powder shadow from Viseart’s Eyeshaow Palette Matte Finish to set, followed by a layer of glitter from Lemonhead’s Glowjam in Hollyweird. It’s as excessive as a security check from your telephone banking but worth it for the long lasting impact.
To balance out the show-stopping eyeshadow, Dubroff applied generous layers of Chanel’s Le Volume Revolution Mascara. If you think you’ve applied enough coats, apply two more just for safe measure.
Keeping all of the attention on Priyanka's eyes, Dubroff kept her lips simple but still within the same Barbie-pink colour palette. A slick of Chantecaille’s Lip Veil in Mandevilla gave a plump, balmy finish and left the perfect sheer hint of colour.
See, super easy.
